Design and technical development for fashion brands.
Menswear, knitwear and total look, with womenswear and formal pieces when the project needs it. Work is done remotely, and at your supplier when samples need to be reviewed in person.

Collection or capsule development
from €5,000
For new labels and established brands that need a collection designed from the ground up, or a capsule that fits an existing line. The project is split into phases, each with its own deliverables:
- Research and creative direction: moodboard, colour palette, materials, collection plan
- Design: silhouettes, details, colourways, technical drawings
- Tech packs ready for your manufacturer
- Prototype review with your supplier
Typical timing for a collection of around 20 styles: three to four weeks for creative direction, eight to twelve weeks for design development.
For ongoing collaborations the work is planned and quoted per season, not as a monthly retainer, so every collection is finished properly.

Tech packs
from €450 per style
For brands that already have their design direction and need it translated into documentation a manufacturer can sample from.
- Front and back technical drawings
- Construction details and stitching
- Fabrics, trims and finishes
- Labels and branding placement
- Production notes
Two revision rounds per style are included, and so are your manufacturer's questions about the tech pack: Michele wrote it, so he answers them.
Delivered as factory-ready PDFs plus editable Adobe Illustrator files, usually within one to two weeks once all the information is in.
Measurement charts, grading and pattern making are handled by your pattern maker or factory.

Prototype and fit review
€800 per day on site
Michele reviews the sample against the design, at your supplier and with the pattern maker: proportions, volumes, construction and details. You get precise corrections for pattern maker and factory. Typically two styles are reviewed in a day.
Travel expenses are charged to the client. Remote review by video call is quoted per project.

Seasonal design support
€500 per day, remote
Extra senior capacity for brands, manufacturers and design studios during the season: a product category, a phase of the collection or a group of styles, working within your existing process and brand codes.

Design consultation
€150 · 60 minutes
For founders who are not ready for a full brief yet: one hour by video call to look at your idea, sketches or samples and define the next steps. If you then start a project, the fee is credited against it.
